Required documents, formats, poster dimensions, presentation requirements, and deadlines.
Project Deliverables
Teams are required to submit the following through the Team Portal once their registration is approved.

Project Title and Team Name — provided at registration.

Abstract — up to 300 words.

Methodology — Word document (.docx), up to 10 MB.

Proof of Concept — Word document (.docx), up to 10 MB.

Scientific Poster — PDF or image, up to 50 MB — dimensions 84.1 × 118.9 cm (A0).

Presentation — PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx), up to 50 MB.
